Cooking is fun when one understand food. Food requires attention to detail and a keen sense of memory. You must understand it, taste it, smell it, and see the end result before starting to actually cook. On the afternoon of August 21, 2010, I wanted to make a tasty but not-so-heavy lunch for my 6 year-old son Wilson - this is what I came up with:
Cajun Seafood Stew - see the flavors? |
Don't hurt yourself! | | |
Lunch for two? |
Oh- joy! |
A bit spicy - but hurts sooo goood! |
God it's yummy! |
Dinner Version |
Bon Appetit! |
