Baked chicken breast and green beans served over curried rice (leftover)

Baked chicken breast, green beans, with curried rice
I made this for dinner a few days ago.  Sometimes leftovers bring out flavors that did not appear to be in the food originally - but when re-heated right and perhaps with addition of one or two side items - leftovers can be as good as new food!

NOTE:  I will post more info when i make this dish fresh in a few days so come back to this post for update.

Cajun shrimp stew over pasta - very flavorful lunch!

Cooking is fun when one understand food.  Food requires attention to detail and a keen sense of memory.  You must understand it, taste it, smell it, and see the end result before starting to actually cook.  On the afternoon of August 21, 2010, I wanted to make a tasty but not-so-heavy lunch for my 6 year-old son Wilson - this is what I came up with:

Cajun Seafood Stew - see the flavors?
Don't hurt yourself!

Lunch for two?
Oh- joy!

A bit spicy - but hurts sooo goood!

God it's yummy!
